I am trying the basis of the paleo diet, however my budget is someone restrictive. I was thinking about the spaghetti squash and butternut squash that I bought yesterday. Has anyone ever roasted their squash seeds (kind of like pumpkin seeds)? If so, please share thoughts and tips.

sore ankles. help!!!
I have been running for a couple of months. I have just gotten to 5 miles. When I finish my run, my right ankle is sore.
