Heart Palpitations?
I am heavy, obviously, or else I wouldn't be on here. But after just 10 minutes on the elliptical my heart is beating fast, which is normal but sometimes I feel like my heart is fluttering or I am having heart palpitations. It isn't my heart pounding, it's something different. Is this normal?
