Hard Boiled Eggs.

When you eat them, how do you eat them? With salt? With some other seasoning?

Little to no salt but always with black pepper. I eat them boiled and scrambled.0

I eat them with mustard. Just cut them in half, take out the yolk.. and fill with mustard and pepper. Some days I'll mix mustard with some mayo as a mix.. (if I have the extra calories available) and that's also delicious. But then again , I'm part scottish and it reminds me of scotch eggs..0

I also like to cut up a few hard boiled eggs and put them on my salad. Or just eat them plain.0

Anything with a bit of bite or acidity will do. Dijon mustard, regular mustard, hot sauce, vinaigrette, you get the idea.0

I like them with Spike seasoning salt. Also Lawry's salt (I know Lawry's has sugar in it...but it's so good!).0

I like them normal, no salt, no anything, and I sometimes eat 3 in one day, which is not really good..0

I have them with a little salt. I usually just have 2 eggs and give the yolk area to my dog. I also cut it into bite size pieces so it can appear like I am eating more.0

i usually have 2 a day. one in the morning for breakfast (plain, since im usually running out the door) and then one on a salad or just at night as a snack. and I definitely eat the whole thing! the yolk is the best part!0

Love egg salad done this way. I boil up a dozen eggs every weekend. I peel them and put in the fridge for a quick protein fix. Love them0 -

I eat them in slices with some toast. I don't really like putting eggs in anything besides baking. I almost always eat eggs as just plain eggs.
But I remember my friend once made a pasta dish for me. Just some pasta (I think it was spaghetti) with some broccoli tossed in olive oil with sliced hard boiled egg on the side. It was really good.0 -
Hmm I haven't had any lately, but have done this...have 'mock deviled eggs'. One hard boiled egg split in half. I tablespoon on each side of the the Trader Joe's brand Lowfat Spinach & Kale Yogurt Dip, some Fat Free Feta Cheese on top of that, and a sprinkle of black pepper. Yum.
