Help choosing an at home machine!
I am looking to purchase a machine for at home use. I like the elliptical but I am really looking for something that will give me a maximum calorie burn. So, Bike, Treadmill, Elliptical or other? Also, is expensive always better or are there any cheaper but good machines out there?

So.... MFP has me eating 1690. But, like a lot of people I have been reading to only do 20% of your TDEE. My TDEE is 2286, -20% of that is 1828. Right?
