Hello! I stumbled upon this site by accident, but so far I am loving it! I am a stay at home mom to three boys. 8,4, and 2. I am a "bored" and an "emotional" eater. I eat when I can't find anything else to do or when I am just not feeling all that great. I even eat because I get down on myself about being fat, lol.
I was raised to eat fried, unhealthy food and to eat until you're about to pop. Since having kids I don't have the metabolism to keep up with that type of eating so here I am. The hardest thing for me will be getting past the starving feeling and well as controlling myself when out to eat. I am hoping to make lots of friends to help me along, and keep me focused. I am trying to loose 50lbs. Right now, I walk three miles 4 to 5 times a week, but I don't really do anything other than that. I am in a rural area so Gyms are hard to come by. I have stopped drinking sodas period but have yet to give up on bread and chocolates.
