It seems that when I slip up a bit (just for a day), it takes a couple of days before the scale "Tells" on me. The same if I am really good for a day or so, a couple of days later the scale "rewards" me. Just curious, does this happen to anyone else?
Please explain this technique? Is it basically staying within all the nutritional guidelines on my daily diary? THANKS!
