The Weight Delay

It seems that when I slip up a bit (just for a day), it takes a couple of days before the scale "Tells" on me. The same if I am really good for a day or so, a couple of days later the scale "rewards" me. Just curious, does this happen to anyone else?

    Yes, it's more than likely an increase in carbs and sodium resulting in water retention.
