i have a Polar FT7 with the chest strap. i burn around 270 calories for about 30 minutes of hard cardio on the elliptical (HR is in the 150s to upper 160s). however, the machine tells me i burn around 330 or so. i am inclined to trust my HRM, but i feel like i should be burning more calories...i weigh 298 lbs. i thought…
