Right Lower Abdominal Pain
Hello everyone. So it has been a little over a year since my surgery (RNY). For the past few months I've had a tenderness feeling in my right lower quadrant. I'm not sure what could cause this. It will last a week or so and then the pain goes away. Its not really a pain just an annoyance. Has anyone had this before?…

Strength Training
I had RNY over a year ago. I've recently started strength training. I see my friends drinking drinks for a pre-workout then post-workout as well. Should I be drinking these to get the results I want or do you think its way too much caffeine etc for someone that had RNY? Any advice appreciated

New to Strength Training
So, I'm totally new to this. I have lost over 100 lbs in the last year doing cardio. In the past year I didn't do any weights (shame on me!) Now I can't even lift half of what I could before. Going from 299 to 190 I lost a lot of muscle. So I'm looking to start back. Losing so much weight I need to focus on my "batwings"…
