Exercise NSV
Today I upped the level of my elliptical workout and to my suprise I didn't feel like dying. My heart rate definitely went up, and I was sweating a lot, but I didn't feel like I was gasping for breath, and I was able to do my normal hour. It was awesome! I was really dreading upping my level, but now I'm glad I did it.

Weekly Calorie Goal
So today I was checking out all of my stats, and realized that I'm 2,296 under my net weekly calorie goal. I still have 750 left today, but should I eat a little more to try to lower what I have left for my weekly calories? This has been my first full week, so I'm not sure what I should do.
