Carb, Protein, Fat Percentages

I've been seeing a few different suggestions, and I just want to get some input based on what I'm doing.
I'm currently at 235lb (started at 245) and I'm 5'9.
I do an hour of cardio a day 6 days a week (elliptical and bike alternating days) and 3 days a week I do an arm strength training routine at home along with crunches and planking.
My calorie goal (without exercise) is at 1320. As of now, I have my percentages set at 40% carb 40% protein 20% fat.
Is this a good breakdown for weight loss with mostly cardio, or should I adjust it?
