Activity Level

When I started last week, I set my activity level to sedentary. I have a desk job that consists of sitting for around 8 hours a day and only really got my exercise from walking around shopping, cleaning, and basic daily tasks.
Since I started with MFP, I've been doing an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week and an arm workout 3 days a week. At what point should I be changing my activity level?

I keep mine at sedentary (since I have a desk job) and then add exercise calories. Some weeks I work out twice, some weeks 5 times, so I don't want to change the activity level to average out the calories over the week.0

Leave it as sedentary (that's your everyday work level setting) and add exercise as you do it. It's a lot more accurate way and gives you motivation to do your exercise.0
