Cholesterol and PCOS/insulin resistance
Okay, I turn 34 next week. This Jan I went in for my yearly check up and my lipids were Trig: 286 and Chol: 198. So I really watched what I ate and started to exercise again. Hello All!
I am new to the group but I am a native Minnesotan for most of my life. I just left for about 8 years to do the "finding myself" thing. I realized that Minnesota was the best place to be and to raise a family. I am here at MFP so I can start to get my stress eating to stop and to get myself healthy again. I am a student…
