Over the last few days MFP/Fitbit have been giving me way exaggerated calorie adjustments. Yesterday I got less than 7000 steps and a calorie adjustment of -577. Way higher than historically. I might get 150-200 for that. I've noticed that the last couple of days. Any ideas? I haven't changed any of my settings on either…

I'm tired but it felt great. Of course I'm not flexible enough or strong enough to maintain all the moves but I don't think I did too bad for a first timer. I didn't realize how much like "real" exercise it would be. :) Are there other types that are similar?
