Tried Yoga for the first time. Vinyasa - whew

I'm tired but it felt great. Of course I'm not flexible enough or strong enough to maintain all the moves but I don't think I did too bad for a first timer. I didn't realize how much like "real" exercise it would be. :)

Are there other types that are similar?
