I don't sweat when I workout
no matter how hard I workout, no matter how tired I am, how high my heart rate, or what activity I am doing I don't sweat!?!? my face turns super red but I never actually sweat. is that normal? is there something wrong with me? does anyone else have this problem?

running.... inside or outside?
which do you prefer if you run inside or outside? I just hate running outside. I think it is so much harder. may be it will be easier to run outside when I get better and I don't have to have the treadmill to make my feet go?

so when I do body pump, I don't burn a lot of calories. I can't add more weights and still be able to do the moves effectively. how many calories are you eating?
I am a little confused by the calories you are suppose to eat and then adding breastfeeding to your MFP.... do you shoot to eat ____ amount of calories and then count the BFing as the negative 500 calories? or do you just aim to eat so many calories in a day and not add the breastfeeding? like if your goal is to eat 1800…

I normally have small boobs so when I run I don't need a whole lot of support and today was the first time going back to the gym after my daughter was born. the girls were bouncing so much it was uncomfortable to run. what do you wear when nursing and exercising or just if you are bigger chested and need extra support?
