Fitbit tracking and exercise
Hi All I use a fitbit all the time but also track my runs with a gps watch that uploads to Strava which is linked to my MFP. Does my run count twice if I have the fitbit and Strava connected to my profile or does it recognise the run as exercise and disco t it fro step count ?? I hope this makes sense ? Cheers

Gym routine
Joined a gym a month back and I'm currently doing cardio 6 days a week and some weights 3-4 days a week. Currently doing 15 mins stationary bike, 15 mins cross trainer and up to 30 mins treadmill. Pretty low resistance levels but I try and go flat out as much as I can manage Losing a steady 2 pounds a week so far each…

Golfer looking for home exercise.
Hi all, I play a lot of golf (3-4 rounds a week) so walk a lot of miles and I was wondering what else I could day on my off days to keep the calories burning. Would have to be something from home as I work 12 hours shifts and with 4 kids struggle to find free time in the working week. Thanks for any advice in advance :)
