Gym routine

Options
Joined a gym a month back and I'm currently doing cardio 6 days a week and some weights 3-4 days a week.

Currently doing 15 mins stationary bike, 15 mins cross trainer and up to 30 mins treadmill. Pretty low resistance levels but I try and go flat out as much as I can manage

Losing a steady 2 pounds a week so far each session burns aprox 500 calories.

Going forward when should I up the intensity (I need to stick to these times as I can't allocate any more time to gym than this) will I reach a point when I won't lose weight and then I'll know ?

Thanks for any input you might have and any advice gratefully recieved.

If your goal is simply to lose weight then yes the best way to judge when you need to do more (or, usually, eat less) is to see when your weight loss plateaus for several weeks. Don't be trigger happy though, fluctuations happen so you should be sure of the trend before you act to change it.

    Good luck.

If you have decided to do weight loss, you must have to judge your self at first. You should keep yourself fit. I am agree with GradatimFeroc.
