Back to counting calories as struggling to shift any more weight after losing 5 stone with slimming world. Please add me as I could use the motivation and will reciprocate that support.

I did have it deleted as I thought it was way out in the past. Thought the new fitbits with HR might be more accurate but probably safe as you suggest to remove it and just link my strava runs. Thanks

I done this last year and now run regularly up to 20k. For me the best advice was take your time. Make sure you have the rest days so your body can recover and repeat days until your ready to progress. Go for it again it's a life changing thing yo do. Good luck.

Has to be buying clothes nothing fits correctly or looks right. My extra weight has never really caused me any physical difficulties but I know it's not healthy so that's why I'm trying to shift the bulk.

No I've done it both ways and lost weight. Only advantage I found with exercise is my body shape changed more dramatically.

Got a fitbit for xmas and find I get a lot of phantom steps especially whilst using the computer. I guess the aim is to look at the average and try and increase it by actively walking more. The sleep measurement seems quite good though, unlinked it from MFP as it was adding exercise calories that I felt I didn't deserve.

Back to gym and logging this week. Put on a lot of the weight I lost which isn't great but If I hadn't lost it I dread to think what I'd weigh now.

We make our Chili with Quorn mince fairly cuts the fat content and calorie count down.

It's just too over used so many people say they've been on a journey over trivial things it turns you off to it. I blame celebs on reality shows ....

I work 3 nights a week and my first day often has very few calories due to sleeping during the day. My first break of shift is then my breakfast 2nd break lunch then my dinner at night when I get up. The day I finish shifts is the hardest as it's so long with only a couple of hours sleep so I always try to play golf thatβ¦
