So I was invited to this "party" and it seems to be a meal replacement shake. I think I can get the same results by eating a can of soup instead of a big heavy meal. Or change one of my meals to all liquid. Anyway, I did something similar to this for a week, just to see results and I lost fast, but I gained it all back…

What are your short term goals? I think the main thing for me would be to get on the treadmill everyday. I have 3 kids, a job a home, go to school..... Its a lot sometime. Atleast thats my story and I am sticking to it. If I can go a week straight, thats 7 days, I will be proud of that. LOL :grumble:

...calorie count, what is a safe number to be over or under. One day I was under almost 500 calories, because I was sick. Some days its like 100 or a little less. There are times when I am way over. How far, either way, should I be based on my calorie count? Please help.... :)
