What to do first at the gym - cardio or strength?
Hi all, I have always wondered what I should be doing first when I get to the gym. I usually start with cardio about an hour then go onto tone/strength. Is this the right way round, or is there no right way round, just what suits? Thank you in advance for your help and advice.

1lb off goal stayed the same for nearly 3 weeks

have upped my goals, cals etc. do i add my work exercise?
I have recently upped my cals as i am so near my goal. What I was wondering is do I still add my work based exercise , I do alot of walking as I am a childminder, when I was on 1200 cals I added my walking into mfp, but now I don't, only my gym and swim exercise? thanks, also any advice as to what i do when I reach my goal…

losing weight on 1200 cals feel fine
Hi all, Have been using mfp since Jan 2013, have lost 22lbs based on 1200 cals, eat back some of my exercise cals too, not all though. bit confused/worrying over nothing perhaps?

Back injury has halted gym and have gained 3lbs
