NSV::::: Today I completed my 4.5 mile walk under 1 hour ( 59.47 ) this is a staggering 17.13 quicker than when I first started :-)

Last night my 14 year old son jumped on me whilst I was sat on the floor. I tried to get him off but he is getting strong, without thinking I managed to get up and squatted with him on my shoulders 20 times :smile: 3 months ago I would have had to tap out lol. WHOS THE DADDY

Closed Diary's
Just a quick observation , I love looking at the success stories . And the one thing that sticks out is 2/3 of the people have closed diary's ? Why is this ? Surely an open diary would help other MFP people ? Is there a reason why ?

ALMOST ONE MONTH AND NOTHING
Well 25 days on MFP and not lost one pound , I have upped my calories from 1600 to over 2000 this week and hope to see some movement . I exercise and lift weight pretty well 4 times a week burning 1000 calories or more and walk at the weekends . Getting a little p****d off but know to lose 80lb will take time , but most…

Not good news but staying positive
Well was my weigh in tonight, put one pound on :-( but on the positive side eating healthier and getting fitter :-) Hopefully next week will be loss . It's a long road and only taken my first step

I am finding it difficult to eat all my calories, and I also want to train harder . So the more i train the more food I need to eat ? This will be very hard to do , or should I just cut the training until weight comes off ? Any help out there please :-)
