Online bodyfat %age calculators.
Just get better - according to the basic "fat2Fit" bodyfat calculator I have 18.2%bf, whereas the millitary bodyfat percentage calculation puts me at -10.4% (yes, minus!)...how does that happen? I haven't bothered with Covert-Bailey yet.... :D

Hi all, I ordered some whey powder and due to some promotion or other got a free kilo and a half of "Myprotien" instant oat thingy.
