Motivation leads to Success!
Good Morning ALL! Yesterday was my first day starting with MFP (kinda, first day I'm commiting I should say!). I did well with my food log yesterday, and I even got my butt in gear at 5 am for a nice morning run! Need friends to keep pushing me so that I can have a success story!!!
