Medically Induced Lifestyles

Hi all!
2 years ago I had a brain tumor that damaged my pituitary gland. Long story short, my hormones don’t produce the cortisol my body needs, and to avoid (the eventually inevitable) steroids, my activity levels consist of WALKING.
This is a new world for me. I am a 10 year Army Vet and have always led an active lifestyle. I am looking to connect with others who are navigating the new realm of medically induced lifestyles 😬.
So, to any and all, medical issues or not, who wants to WALK with me? My goal is 10,000 steps/day.
