INSANITY and my knee
Hey- I am in my 4th weeke of INSANITY and my L knee has really started bothering me. It was after my workout and it would sort of go away by the next morning but now it's during the workout. It just recently started hurting. Suggestions anyone?

help me weigh my MEAT!
I measure out all our food on the food scale. But can anyone tell me....am I supposed to weigh my meat before I cook it or after? Do I have to weigh the raw meat, cook it and then end up eating less?? Or do I cook the meat and then weight out 3-4oz?? Any help would be great. The packaging states the nutrtion facts for me…

bodybugg vs polar discepency
Hi- today I got my polar HRM and tried it out. I wore my bodymedia fit armband at the same time and the HRM estimated my exercise calories higher. Is this common? INSANITY 3rd week and still GAINING
Ok- so when i first started INSANITY a couple weeks ago it was the first time I had actually started to gain weight back. Everyone said it was my muscles retaining fluid and to give it a week or so. Well I am in the 3rd week now and the scale went up another pound! Very frustruating. Anyone have any ideas or adive for me?

bodybugg accuracy
ok- so i track my calories on MFP and then enter them in at days end on my bodymedia fit. I show on my bodymedia fit that I am burniing around 2200cal/day when i work out average. is this thing accurate because if i eat bad one day, MFP says I went over by, say 800, OOPS!!! yet bodymedia says i burned 2200 and only have a…

The polar FT40 is supposed to have a VO2max calculation. Does this make calories burned calculation more accurate or can I just buy the FT4 or FT7??
