I was told by a dietician once to avoid fruit juices and smoothies because of the high sugar content, but lots of dieting advice recommends drinking smoothies for the vitamins etc. The advice the dietician gave me was to only eat fruit in it's full form because the fibre slows down the digestion of the natural sugars.…
