This is basically what it says on the tin... I never know if my exercise is classed as light, moderate or vigorous. I usually put moderate to be sure, but how do I tell? :)
This may be a daft question but here goes! I was out last night shakin' my thang at a club. Like seriously dancing my butt off. I also walked home with friends afterwards. Now. My question is, do the calories burned between 12am and 3am go under yesterdays calories burned or todays? Confuuuused!
I used to go to a weight loss class. We were on 1,200 calories a day, but if we were planning on drinking alcohol or going out for a meal, we were encouraged to 'save' calories for the weekend. Is there any truth in this helping? Or will starvation mode kick in quickish?
