Gaining weight on 30 day shred! please help!
I've started the 30 day shred almost 2 weeks ago. I've done 9 days of level 1 within 13 days and haven't changed my diet. But i've gone from 9 stone 8 to 9 stone 12. it's very demotivating :( is this normal?

Any other girls around 5'4 and 135lb?
Love to hear from any similar girls! I'm about 5'4 and weigh 135lb, ideally i'd like to weigh 119lb but at the moment i'm aiming for 126lb. i'm having trouble sticking to 1200 calories a day! do you have any tips? and what are your plans and goals? :)
