Protein Problems

Hi,

I'm trying to keep my carb intake under 100g whilst meeting my protein and calorie goals

I'm finding this really hard, I reach 100g of carbs really quickly yet I still have lots of calories left.

My diary is open

Any advice?

    Hi, I scanned through your diary. I may be wrong because I'm not that familiar with all the brands listed, but it looks to me like you are getting quite a few carbs from pre-packaged processed food. I would eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, whole wheat bread/pasta for carbs, include egg whites for breakfast, and add fish or lean beef/pork for more protein.

    Eat meat. Meat doesn't have carbs. Chicken, turkey, tuna, other fish and eggs are all low calorie sources and high in protein.
