I started running again 2 months ago - run for 30 minutes almost every day. My calves on the inside of my legs started hurting about a month ago. Anyone giving up anything for Lent? Can't decide what to do this year or whether to add something instead. Have thought about diet cokes, but really don't drink many of those now.

Only 200 calories left after lunch
I only have 211 calories left after lunch. I know I will not be able to exercies tonight b/c one son has a spring training football game and the other has a basketball game. Will not have much time to prepare. Any good ideas on something that will be filling and quick, but not many calories???
