What bread is best?
Bread is one of the main foods in my diet, I'm trying to cut it down and change the bread I eat to a healthier version but every time I'm in the bread section of Tesco there's just so much choice I have no idea where to look for the healthier ones! What's the healthier breads out there?

I would consider myself almost "phobic" of trying new foods, I stick to the same foods I know I like and refuse to try new foods. My current diet, which has been my diet for a number of years now, is potato and bread - I live on chips, roast potatoes, toast, sandwiches, bread butties, etc. I don't know how to get myself…
