Hip Hop Hustle...Turbo Kick...ect
I'm looking for a fitness class to teach. So far all I can find is Zumba hip hop hustle and turbo kick. has anyone attended a hip hop hustle class? There are no classes in my area for me to check out. Or are there other programs that offer certification that I am unaware of? Any tips would be helpful. Thank you.

Hollow Man.....
Okay I just did workout 4 for the first time. The hollowman made me want to cry. I literally thought my abs were ripping....I know this shouldn't be easy to do, but with a past c-section is it possible I could be causing damage or is it just that I have never worked my abs this hard and this is just what is needed??

Substitute for suicides??
I just don't have enough room to do the suicides in Cardio 1. I have tried but don't feel it is doing me any good going two steps then worrying about hitting my head on the wall. So I have been doing jumping jacks instead. Does anyone else substitute? What would be the best move to substitute?? Thanks!!

How are you feeling about the program???
I am only in day two, doing the kick start, and so far I LOVE the workouts!! I feel so accomplished after I finish a workout. Baking vs frying
I had some quick processed food for supper. I has always thought that I was doing better by baking the items rather than frying. I know this food isn't good for me, but does anyone know if the label is based on baking or frying??? Thanks for any insight you can provide.

I just bought EA Active 2 for the Wii. Does anyone else have this and use it? Reviews?? I have read that they have 3 week and 9 week programs. Anyone else ready to start one of these programs and want to do it together?
