Do fruits and vegetables count?
Is it really important that I log in every fruit and vegetable that I eat? Fruits and veggies are so healthy for you and I'm wondering if its neccesary that I keep up with documenting my intake of them.

I usually do a good job in keeping under my calorie goal but i often seem to go over in the other areas such as carbs or sugar. Which one is more important to watch? With so many things to keep track of, it can get very confusing :noway:

So I have this major problem of not being hungry but always wanting to munch on something. I've tried chewing sugarless gum to trick myself into thinking i was eating something but that didn't really work out. Does anyone else have this problem and what do you do that helps? Or maybe its just mind over matter?

From what I've seen so far this…
