My first week was amazing. I was always under my calorie goal and I didnt even feel like overeating/snacking.
Now I'm only 2 days into my 2nd week and I feel like I could eat everything in sight. Uuuuggghhh!!!
Has anybody else gone thru something like this?

some days are just like that. see if you can pinpoint your craving and check your nutrients. maybe you're low on something in particular; and water. I'm horrid at it but I know it helps.0

i became so grumpy in my second week!! it'll pass0

You should be under your calorie goal, you should meet it. It's your goal for a reason.
Make sure you're eating lots of fresh foods. You can eat lots of fruits and vegetables without using up too many calories. My only processed foods today were cheese, bread and peanut butter. I ate a TON!0 -
Its normal....don't beat yourself up or give up. All the best0

Weight loss is a war, not a battle. You're going to lose some battles, especially in the beginning, on your way to winning the war.0

I fell into the trap that since I dropped some weight in the 1st week , I could go back to eating unhealthy again.
As nightowl says its a battle0 -
Chances are your metabolism is picking up a bit. That happened to me yesterday. I was ravenous after every meal or snack, which can be discouraging. Just try to eat more proteins and complex carbs to keep you full longer, and keep hydrated.
I'll echo what nightowl said. It's a war. This is just one battle, and you can keep in it. Try to keep a positive attitude. : )0 -
We all have days like that. I just try to get through them, but days like that I usually just snack all day (of course logging it) and don't really eat a huge meal....then by the next day I feel back to normal. Plus, drink as much water as I can and get on my elliptical.0
