Realistic timeframe to prepare for half marathon
Hi beautiful MFP community :-) I would like to try a half marathon but wondered whether later this year or next year is more realistic. I am a beginner runner *points again at "beginner" to emphasize that she runs sssssllllloooooowwwww* I currently run 6ks without stopping. Any advice please from our runners here?

Hi guys, As part of my journey I'm discovering that my core problem (shrinking-wise) is my core! I have about 43kgs to go and am keeping an eye on this core.
