Accuracy in my fitness pal exercise calculations?
I know that the calories burned tool is not very accurate on the site, and I don't currently have the money for a HRM, so I have been cutting the time in half before calculating. I was wondering what other people do for this?

Setting daily calories help
I have been reading some things that say that you shouldn't be eating below your bmr or your metabolism could stall, but to loose two pounds a week I should be about 300 calories below my bmr. Should I just settle for one pound a week? Which is 200 calories above my bmr?

Help! I need a food high in healthy fat!
Hello all! I was planning on having cous cous, vegan sausage, and avocado for dinner because it is a really great balance of my macros, but I got home to discover that my avocados are not yet ripe. Any suggestions for a healthy fatty food? Kari
