Any good places to run / walk in Nottingham?
Hi everyone. Anyone know of some good places to run / jog / walk in Nottingham? The Arboretum seems to be open quite early (officially it opens at 8, but it has been open at 7). Anywhere else you know of?

Calves too big!
My calves are massive. It's (nearly) all muscle, but my calves are massive. I'm really self-conscious about them, to be honest. I do a lot of walking. Should I be stretching more after workouts and walking to avoid huge calves? I'm not anti-muscle or anti fitness, but I do look really out of proportion and need bootcut…

Where do you go for a drink?
Don't worry, I'm not trying to ask you out :P There seems to be seven squillion pubs. Which ones should I try? I like the Broadway and did like the Speak Easy, when it existed and had the "no Trivium at the bar" rule. Where else is good?

Hormonal Weight Variation? (probably one for ladies!)
Hope this isn't TMI, but does anyone else find their weight fluctuates wildly depending on hormones? I can gain between 6 - 10 lbs at certain points in the month. Should I just record these weight gains, and acknowledge them, or just ignore them as they'll be gone in a week?

Migraines
Does anyone have any tips to stop migraines? I've tried missing out wheat, dairy, citrus and caffeine. I have upped my water intake. I've tried pizotifen (which made me really fat and stopped working on migraines). I've tried amitryptiline which didn't seem to work. I tried paramax, Paracetamol/metoclopramide…

Has anyone tried kinesio tape?
My friend recommended kinesio tape to me. You might have seen athletes at the olympics wearing brightly coloured tape. It's used to support joints without limiting movement (like a tubeygrip would). It seems to have helped the pain in my knee and back. I'm not trying to promote that brand in particular - I've found…

Diet / sugar free versions
What do people think about sugarless sweets? Are they a good start as a straight alternative, or do they just encourage you to crave more sweet things? What do you think?
