Hormonal Weight Variation? (probably one for ladies!)

Hope this isn't TMI, but does anyone else find their weight fluctuates wildly depending on hormones? I can gain between 6 - 10 lbs at certain points in the month.
Should I just record these weight gains, and acknowledge them, or just ignore them as they'll be gone in a week?

10 lbs seems like a lot, honestly. I only ever gain 2-3 lbs with hormonal fluctuations. If you're seeing a 10 lb increase, you may want to speak to your doctor and make sure there isn't something else at play, even if it seems tied to hormones. Just a thought, anyway.0

I always gain 2-4 pounds on my period, and those pounds literally disappear the day my period ends. It used to phase me like crazy, but now imm weirded out if it doesntt happen. this is why a lot of people dontt weigh everday, because if I only weighed once a week I probably wouldnt even know that those pounds were there. I never count them against myself though, 2 pounds for a week is a trade off for the 30 pounds I would gain if it were a baby. :P
if it happens a lot try to weigh less and just track your overall progress. If you weigh less on the first on september than you did on the first of august, than you have made progress and all the in betweens dontt matter so much.
I think we are already pushed enough by our hormones, no need to add to it by worrying about the littke fluctuations that they cause.0 -
Yes, every single month. I have a graph I keep of my daily weight, and I also note my period times on it so I know when weight gain I have is correlated to PMS. The spike is always well up, sometimes by several kilos. I just try and pay more attention to my diet and exercise, and look forward to the dramatic drop in 5-7 days! (well... a few hundred grams anyway!)0
