Have failed! But trying again.
I started my goal in December of 2009 which was to lose 20 lbs by end of Feb 2010 and in first month lost half the weight 10lbs. Unfortunately, I let the business of life change my plans and fell short of 20 lbs weight loss in two months. I am going to try again and hopefully I can post a success story. I would be welcome…

Business travel has killed my progress!
I'm curious how everyone handles their chaotic weeks to stay on their calorie pace. Traveling in the last two weeks has killed my progress and I have had trouble knowing what my calorie intake is while limit exercise. Is there any good ideas out there. Looking forward to the next five days for sure. I'm headed back to taekwondo with my two sons and this should help me continue on my progress.…

Just starting my road to a healthier me!
I have decide to get lean and fit again. Thanks to my two boys who are active like I once was in my hay-day. I'm also looking forward to haven my energy come from my diet and not from caffine. I have relied on this false energy to get me through the long work days. Problem is I would be crashing when I need to spend time…
