Have failed! But trying again.

I started my goal in December of 2009 which was to lose 20 lbs by end of Feb 2010 and in first month lost half the weight 10lbs. Unfortunately, I let the business of life change my plans and fell short of 20 lbs weight loss in two months. I am going to try again and hopefully I can post a success story. I would be welcome any ideas on how to fight the temptation of slowing down or how to stay motivated the whole time.
