I’m writing my fitness goals for the year. I want to be specific beyond lose 16 lbs and continue doing Pilates. I’m thinking about ideas like lowering my BMI. I’m a 43 yo female who lost 36 lbs last year and would like to continue to be healthy and strong. Any ideas for fitness goals for the year?

When I go out of town for work, I have to eat every meal at restaurants except for breakfast, which is a buffet at the hotel. There aren't kitchenettes in the hotels I stay in. I am a little nervous about being out of town for a week and maintaining my healthy and weight loss goals. Any suggestions?
