Hi fellow OA members, I'm hoping you can help me with something. I've lost about 40 lbs so far, but I know I'm still not abstinent. I'm still overeating and obsessing about food when I'm not eating. I've managed to lose weight by binging on healthy, low calorie foods like vegetables. I feel like I HAVE to have that sense…
Do you count the calories of the beer and wine that you use in cooking? I use a can of beer to cook frozen chicken breasts in a crock pot, white wine to saute brussel sprouts, etc. How many calories and carbs does this add?
When you cook with beer - for instance, chicken in a crock pot with a can of beer - how many calories and carbs does the food absorbe? Is it enough to make a difference? Thanks for your answers!
When you're sick, do you stick to your caloie plan or do you eat a little more? As long as I'm not going below my BMR, and I'm eating healthy foods, is my body getting what it needs to fight off the bug?
