any advice on getting a HRM?
I am interested in getting a heart rate monitor to more accurately track my calories burned while exercising. Can anyone give me their thoughts on which ones they prefer and the actual benefits of wearing one? What should I be looking for? Thanks in advance for the input.

logging calories burned....
How do you REALLY know how many calories you've burned exercising? The machines at the gym and MFP usually say different things. I tend to log the lesser of the two numbers. Any thoughts?

What do you to fight off mindless snacking and bingeing?
You know when it's maybe late at night, you've eaten all your calories for the day and yet you still can't help wandering into the kitchen and just "browsing"?
