I am on Week 1, Day 4 of Dr. Ian's Shred Diet...so far I think I'm doing well. I was curious as to how many others are following it, and having success? Anyone been past Weeks 1 and 2, and did you lose weight?

Hip Hop Abs
All I've seen on MFP about Hip Hop are mostly negative comments, and a lot of people saying it doesn't work. I want to hear from people who have tried it and it actually DOES work. Anyone else shy about working out in front of their spouse?
I do not work out while my husband is at home because I'm afraid he'll laugh at what I'm doing...I guess I'm self-conscious. He says he wouldn't laugh but I don't believe him, so I don't work out until he leaves for work, which is around 3:00pm (Central time). Does anyone else have this issue, or is it just me?
