Feel Hopeless
After I had my daughter in 2012, I was 220lbs. By 2014 I was able to get down to 145. Now at July of 2015 I am back to 200 lbs. I just can't fathom being able to lose the weight again. Weird Image on my Zip
Today I was tapping at my zip and a weird image came up. It looked like 2 monsters (think the space dudes from Aqua Teen Hunger Force!) I have never seen that before and I can't get it to come up again. Has anyone seen this or was it a glitch?

I stink at running!! Really :/
Really lol I am training for a 5k and am on week 4 of the C25K program (run 1/4 mile, walk 1/4 mile, run 1/2 mile, walk 1/2 mile and repeat). Scared to eat more than 1200 and Plateau

Superbowl Sunday - Binge day?!
What are your food plans for superbowl Sunday? I am not going to lie, I am going to eat crap! I logged in everything I plan to eat (doritos, cheese dip, hot dog, etc.) and I think that will help me to avoid just grabbing as much as I want to eat.
