I hurt myself lifting

I did some lifting on Monday evening.
I am not very impressive, can not do a lot so I will not post the weight.
My workout consisted of 3 sets of 12 reps of the following:
Squats
Leg Press
Deadlift
Bicep Curl alternating
Calf Raises
Ab Machine
Bench Press

I think I did something to my right arm because I con not full extend it without a lot of pain. Today is arms day and I don't know what to do. I am discouraged because I hurt myself after 1 good workout and now I have to wait for my arm to heal before I can lift again.

If you have any advice, offer it here.
My advice to you is, don't overdo yourself!! I know if feels good in the moment, but take it easy lol
