How do you enter strength exercises?
I'm very confused. Been doing crunches, squats and other arm exercises with weights (at home), and I'm clueless how many calories it burns. Probably not much, and I probably won't enter it anyway, just curious really if it burns anything at all. Also, what does 'repetitions' mean?

Stomach bug
How do you handle it? Will it totally mess up your metabolism to eat almost nothing for a few days? I don't have it... yet, but my son has been throwing up.

Do you do it? How do you get comfortable? I'm the painful cramps / 2 maxi pads and still leaks through kind of person. I cramp for 3 days around ovulation and 5 days around AF. I never see this mentioned, but how about slow metabolisms?
Since I started this site, I've seen a lot of talk about your TDE and all that technical stuff, and I get the basics. The thing I don't get though, is how everything is calculated as if we were the same... but obviously we don't all have the same metabolism, and I'm guessing if we're here, our metabolism isn't that great.…

Tips for starting turbo fire?
I tried the start up dvd today and she lost me with all the punches. I also can't bounce like they do (I have no rhythm whatsoever and definitely not that amount of energy). What do you eat when you're starving but short on calories?
Title says it all. It's that time of the month and I'm starving all the time but trying so hard not to go over my goal. What kind of filling/low calories food do you eat when that happens?

How do you take your measurements reliably?
That probably sounds obvious but it's not for me. If I squish a little bit more (which is very easy), I'll have miraculously lost 1 inch! How can you make sure you're getting reliable results from one time to another?

Under goal and not hungry... what do you do?
It happened to me a lot in the last few weeks... I'm at 1200 calories or less, dinner done, not hungry... My goal is 1530 calories. It sucks. What do you do when it happens? I'm usually a bit over on sugar and 10g short on fat or something.

I've been doing slim in 6 and I'm starting the 3rd dvd tomorrow so I probably have 2-3 weeks of it left. Stagnating for 2 weeks!
Ok... I have a question. I'm getting pretty frustrated. I started my diet 2 months ago now. I'm following my goal of 1530 calories, actually often around 1300 calories a day.
