Ok, let me get this correct for the last, last time. If I continue to reach my caloric score every day I will lose a pound per week (or what have you)? Now, if I workout ... I get extra calories to eat (to conpensate the burning of them)??? Why, does it not work like this .... I eat my caloric score precisely & help burn…

How can I lose them fairly quick? Let's say I am attending a function in a week or so ... And my slacks are a bit snug. What could I do to knock these unwanted snitches off (their crampping my style .... literally)?

To Flush or not to Flush ...
Can someone tell me how to flush my system out without the store-bought chemicals? (I don't wanna go to the store to buy a 7 day clenser if I don't have to) How can I eat to flush the system out of impurities, unwanted fat deposits, ect.? Prune juice? Whole prunes? Drown myself in water?
