Hi all! I have taken a step away from the whole milk. Why?, basically because I don't taste a difference in it compared to 2% milk. I've been on 2% for the longest of time. Now, I decided to try low fat & pushing my tastebuds to try skim milk. Now, this morning a friend overheard someone say that "Men should not drink Low fat or Skim milk because they don't have enough enzymes in them where as whole milk does which fights prostate cancer." This sounded funny cause ... my friend ... always believes everything someone else says ... lol!! Can someone please enlighten me??!

I have never heard that before, it is good to switch to fat free or skim.I know young kids have to have full fat milk they need the fat for brain development. We get our fat from other places. I really don't notice the difference since switching because I usually only have it with my morning cereal. But it feels so much better knowing the calories and fat I save just by making the swap.

You should do a little online research and if you can't find anything, call the doctor or nurse. I am sure they would be able to help.
